We provide First and Second line support services for all our solutions backed up by 3rd line support from our technology partners. we are able to provide client advice about the right strategy to minimise cost while at the same time ensuring service availability in line with the customer’s business requirements.
Secured Support can provide both preventive maintenance services in addition to emergency call out support. The level of cover can be Monday to Friday normal business hours or a full 24/7 support service with guaranteed response and call out times.
